I felt supported by Amie throughout my entire apartment purchase experience. She was patient when I wanted to go back and look at apartments a second time and helped me ask myself the right questions in deciding Which place was right for me. On the day of my closing,after the papers were signed, she accompanied me to my apartment and tested and sorted the keys to make sure I knew which keys belonged to which locks. This might seem like a small thing, but it really helped ground me at a time when I was feeling very overwhelmed. If I ever again need a real estate agent, Amie will be the first one I call!

Todd was the most aggressive of the candidates we interviewed when we chose a realtor to sell our two condos, and he delivered, proving himself far more knowledgeable and in-tune with the market than the others. He was very creative in his listing efforts, and went far above and beyond what any other realtor would have done to get the transactions closed. When it came time to help us buy our house, he really got to know us and what we were looking for in a house, including the “feel” of it, which can be very difficult to identify. When he told us he found the house for us, he was right, and we quickly called the place “home”. Todd has a great handle on the market, gets to know his clients well in order to serve them the best, is great to work with, and works his tail off to satisfy. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to work with him, and would recommend him to anyone!

We purchased our first home with Liz in summer 2018 and we couldn’t imagine going through the process with anyone else. Liz was highly recommended to us by several friends and family members who used Liz during their home buying process. Liz took the time to get to know us and find out what was important to us in our home search. Amie was great! I live in San Francisco and selling my property from across the country was stressful. Having Amie lead the process put me at ease. The fact that she lives and knows the neighborhood where my condo iw was key! She could talk up the benefits of living in the area but was also knowledgeable when it came to all of the upcoming changes in the area. At one point I was incredibly stressed about the condo not selling fast enough and Amie reassured me that dropping the price was NOT a good idea and to be patient. She was right and it sold where I wanted it to and within a short period of time. It was much easier than I thought and that really had to do with Amie. I also appreciated that she picked up the phone every time I called; to me it showed she cared and that the sale of my condo was important to her despite her heavy workload.
